A simple yet fiendishly difficult slide puzzle based on images of Mercedes, McLaren and Ferrari racing cars.
Featured is the McLaren MP4/25, this is the 2010 season car driven by world champions Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton.
The car attracted complaints to the Fédération Internationale de lAutomobile (FIA) about the legality of the rear wing but was later cleared for racing.
The MP4-25 proved to be a massive improvement over the McLaren MP4-24 with both drivers doing well in 2010.
The car uses moulded carbon fiber honeycomb composite with front and side impact structures. Suspension is by inboard torsion bar and dampers operated by pushrods and double wishbones.
The engine is a 2.4 liter (146 cu in) 90 degree V8 limited to 18,000 rpm. Weight including driver is 620 kg or 1,367 lbs. The car is fuelled by ExxonMobil high performance unleaded (5.75% bio fuel). Lurication is by Mobil 1. Tyres are Bridgestone Potenza with 13 inch Enkei wheels.
We have also shown Mika Hakkinens 1997 McLaren Mercedes MP4/12, the other driver for the team that year was David Coulthard.
The car was totally new and was powered by Mercedes-Benz FO110E and FO110F engines. Coulthard won the first race of the season in Australia, McLarens first win for some time since the departure of Ayrton Senna.
This was the car with the controversial "brake steer". Ferrari protested to the FIA which led to the system being banned the following season at the 1998 Brazilian Grand Prix.
Hakkinen won the drivers championship in the following year after a battle all season with Michael Schumacher.
The last car featured is the Ferrari F60, the 55th single-seater car produced by Ferrari to compete in Formula One. The 60 referred to 2009 being Ferraris 60th year in Formula One, to date they are the only team to have competed every year. They are also the only team to build the car and chassis.
Felipe Massa first drove the car at Mugello, Kimi Raikkonen was the other team driver. Test drivers were Luca Badoer of Italy and Marc Gene of Spain.
The Ferrari F60 was 1.9 seconds faster than the previous car, the F2008. The new regulations limited wheelbase, the front splitter, rear spoiler and underside air flow. The rear diffuser was also revised to comply with downforce regulations.
In all we have included seven image puzzles and five levels of difficulty plus tools to help you out when you get stuck.
This version is optimized for the iPad.
